There are countries that have refused the death penalty because people say they have no right to take away something they haven’t given. Though, there are also such countries that still recognize the death penalty and they believe it is the right punishment for those who kill people. It is the matter of argument and we are not going to deal with it here.

The criminals are the same addicted with drug addicts and alcoholics and others. They have the need to do things that are wrong things and it is hard for them to get rid of such a habit. They have ideology that makes them act like that and this is the ideology they follow. In order to become law-abiding people they have to change the ideology they have.

In Jail

The jail is like the society in the society, or it is better to say that it is a society out of the society, they are people locked in the building and they have no chance to leave that building. But people are not agreeing with such a state of things and they do their best in order not to feel like they are in cage and they form their own society.

They create the society that is tolerant and friendly towards people like they are. Sure it is friendly to criminals because that society consists of prisoners only. They have their own rules and those rules are way different from the common rules of society. According to those rules they do nothing wrong and so the punishment is unfair.

With these actions they bring another fact of unfairness in their lives and they are the victims in this society and people around them are cruel creatures and so there is nothing wrong to act bad with those who hurt you. They have the twisted vision of this world and they have twisted this world themselves. They are not able to live in the common world and they have created their own.

That is why it is so hard for those who are out of prison to live in the common world. They are people of different society and it is hard for them to accept the rules provided in society, they were learned these rules are unfair.
