There are countries that have refused the death penalty because people say they have no right to take away something they haven’t given. Though, there are also such countries that still recognize the death penalty and they believe it is the right punishment for those who kill people. It is the matter of argument and we are not going to deal with it here.

The criminals are the same addicted with drug addicts and alcoholics and others. They have the need to do things that are wrong things and it is hard for them to get rid of such a habit. They have ideology that makes them act like that and this is the ideology they follow. In order to become law-abiding people they have to change the ideology they have.

Breaking Laws

There are rules provided for people by other people and those rules suppose to make living of people good and friendly. But, it is impossible to make every single person to follow those rules. There are people who break the common rules of the society and they are people we usually call criminals. They are people different from the other people.

Though, they realize they are not like other people but they never think they are bad people. There is no way for a person to recognize itself as a bad person. People break rules and deep inside they know they do wrong, but they will never recognize it indeed and they will never let one consider them bad people and they need the justification fir their action.

And the justification they need they usually find inside of their minds, they see the unfairness of the rules and world (whether real or fake) and they believe that things they do are the right things from the point of view of unfairness of those rules people suggest them. That is why there are a lot of such people and that is why they always break laws.

Indeed, when breaking rules people are looking for the material benefits they can't get through the legal actions, and they choose the illegal and the easier way. But, they will never recognize it and they will never confess it and they create their own ideology.
