There are countries that have refused the death penalty because people say they have no right to take away something they haven’t given. Though, there are also such countries that still recognize the death penalty and they believe it is the right punishment for those who kill people. It is the matter of argument and we are not going to deal with it here.

The criminals are the same addicted with drug addicts and alcoholics and others. They have the need to do things that are wrong things and it is hard for them to get rid of such a habit. They have ideology that makes them act like that and this is the ideology they follow. In order to become law-abiding people they have to change the ideology they have.

In most case people are out of the prison and they spend a very few time out of it. It is common for a greater number of criminals to spend the greatest part of their lives in prison and they are always backing to there. They can't live in this world and they don't want to. They are no one in this world but they mean something in that world and they want to be back there.

And here is another common criminal rule as for the coming back to prison. They believe that the greater criminal is the more tomes he was back to prison. See, this is another justification they have created in order to feel okay with the life they have, with the life they will lead till the end of their days. They are back to prison because it is like a home for them.

They don't belong to this society anymore they are like aliens and they want to go back home. And they do things they used to do and they hope they want be arrested but in case they are arrested they never get frustrated with this fact. It is the last stage of the prison sickness. It is the sickness common for lost people, who can never be normal again.

The back to the prison is the most common result of free life of those people who spend a great amount of time in prison. They know everything about the prison rules but they know nothing about the rules of this society and that is why they feel better in jail.
